If you have any concerns or complaints, please contact Unimor’s Chief Complaints Officer Andrea Ryan at andrea@unimorcapital.com. Upon receipt of a complaint, the Complaints Officer will take immediate action to investigate.
If the complaint relates to a completed file or a file in progress, the Complaints Officer will pull the documentation on file with the company. The Complaints Officer will review the documentation and then forward the complaint to the specific mortgage broker or agent for comment.
The Complaints Officer will respond to all complaints verbally within 48 hours of receipt and will follow up with a written response as quickly as possible.
Should the mortgage broker or agent responsible for the file not be forthcoming in dealing with the matter, the Complaints Officer will take reasonable steps to deal with the matter.
If the Complaints Officer is unable to resolve the complaint, you are encouraged to contact the Financial Services Commission of Ontario by calling 1-800-666-0128 or by visiting their website at www.fsco.ca and filing a Mortgage Business Activity Complaint Form.
